Bell Auto School's 5 Hour Pre-Licensing course is given by a "live" teacher that is broadcast over the Internet using Zoom. Students can take the course on their computer, phone, or tablet without having to be physically present in the classroom. 

• The Student must be a holder of a N. Y. S. Photo Learner's Permit to attend the class. 
• This mandatory Five Hour Pre-Licensing Course allows new drivers who hold a New York State Learner’s permit to make a road test appointment. 
• Select a date for your Virtual (Zoom) 5 Hour Pre-Licensing Class.
• After you register, Bell Auto School sends you an email with your Zoom meeting ID.
• Your MV-278 Pre-Licensing Certificate will be mailed to you or you can call to schedule a time to pick it up at our Manhasset office. 
• The certificate must be presented to the NYS motor vehicle license examiner at the time of the road test. Photocopies will not be accepted.
